So this is a makeup look inspired on a look I did on a very lovely lady named Sarah. We know each other since we were just tiny toddlers. Needless to say we know each other well.
I translated the evening look I did on her into a more wearable daylook.
I used a bit of M.A.C's Charcoal Brown through the brows for definition.
I wanted the base to be natural, so I used a new foundation by Bourjois called Happy Light, it gives just enough coverage and has more of a mat finish. Liking it so far!
To conceal darkness around the nose and eyes I used the Fit Me concealer by Maybelline. It gives good coverage and highlights a bit. Soap & Glory's one heck of a blot does a great job at keeping the T-zone shine-free and setting the concealer.
A bit of Rose Chiffon blush by La Femme and lots of highlighter by M.A.C and we are done with the base.
Time to pause and dance to some Justin T.!!
Let's talk about eyes:
To prime the lid and get rid of any discoloration I use M.A.C Painterly Paint Pot. Then L'Oréal Color Infaillible in endless chocolat comes in. Beautiful on its own it is a sort of pressed pigment that last all day. But for an extra pop of autumn color I added M.A.C's Cranberry in the outer third of the lid and in the crease. To finish the eyes I used a brown eyepencil by MUD and lots of mascara, L'Oréal False Lash Telescopic.
I lef my lips bare as it is daytime, but On Sarah I used just a touch of M.A.C's Ruby Woo. Wonderful!
So what do you think about this look?

Deze make-up look is geïnspireerd op de avondlook die ik bij Sarah aanbracht dit weekend. Sarah en ik kennen elkaar al sinds onze kleutertijd. Such a lovely lady!
Ik vertaal de avondlook naar een daglook voor jullie.
Here we go!
Een beetje Charcoal Brown oogschaduw van M.A.C om te wenkbrauwen wat in te vullen maakt al veel verschil.
Als basis verkies ik een natuurlijke huid, dus bracht ik de nieuwe Bourjois Happy Light Foundation aan. De foundation geeft een matte, natuurlijke afwerking.
Om verkleuringen rondom de neus aan te pakken en de ietwat donkere kringen weg te nemen kwam de prima dekkende Maybelline Fit me Concealer goed van pas.
Om de T-zone te mattifiëren en de concealer te fixeren kwam Soap & Glory One Heck Of A Blot op het appèl.
La Femme blush in Rose Chiffon, redelijk wat highlighter van M.A.C en we zijn klaar met de 'basis'.
Eerst wat dansen op Justin T. Het regent buiten, komaan doet zo'n deugd!
Ok, nu de ogen:
Eerst komt M.A.C's Painterly Paint Pot aan de beurt om wat verkleuringen weg te werken, dan Color Infaillible Endless Chocolat van L'Oréal aanbrengen op het bewegend ooglid en op de onderste wimperrand. Vervolgens in de oogplooi tot en met een derde van het ooglid M.A.C's Cranberry aanbrengen, wat bruin oogpotlood in de waterlijn en ladingen L'Oreal False Lash Telescopic Mascara.
Voor deze look raad ik aan de lippen gewoon te hydrateren of een natuurlijke kleur overdag aan te brengen. Aangezien Sarah 's avonds een gelegenheid had waar ze naar toe moest, koos ik M.A.C's Ruby Woo om het plaatje te vervolmaken. Ze zag er prachtig uit.
